Scope and roles

This policy covers the website, text-to-image tattoo generation, model-photo placement, account History, payments, support, security, and consented analytics.

Information we handle

• Tattoo prompts, broad style and placement choices, generated results, and limited service records needed to operate and protect the service.
• Google sign-in details, such as your email address, for signed-in accounts.
• Payment, subscription, and order status from Stripe; TattooPreview AI does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
• Support messages you choose to provide.
• Essential cookies and device information used for account continuity, usage limits, security, and abuse prevention.
• Cookieless aggregate page visits and coarse interaction events through Plausible, plus your optional analytics choice and limited usage events after you opt in to Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Analytics never receives prompts, emails, private result links, or payment details.

Local and device processing

If you choose to keep a project on this device, we store a short-lived local draft with your prompt and selected options so you can continue your work. You can clear it at any time. We do not keep uploaded files or filenames in that local draft.

Current text-only workflow

TattooPreview AI currently accepts text prompts only. It does not accept reference images, sketches, photos, or personal body photos. Placement uses only site-provided, AI-generated adult model photos.

AI result History

Signed-in users can keep AI-generated concept and stencil results in owner-only History. History does not return prompts, filenames, private object keys, provider task identifiers, or reference uploads. A user can delete one result or all results; deletion removes the accessible Result, Job, stored output objects, Share records, and linked content. Limited coarse records may remain where necessary for security, billing, legal compliance, or deletion auditing, but they are separated from image, prompt, filename, private token, and recoverable content references.

AI provider disclosure

TattooPreview AI is an independent tattoo-planning interface that uses third-party AI models through Replicate. Moderated text prompts are sent to Replicate only to provide the requested generation. TattooPreview AI is not affiliated with the developers of those models, and uses the provider terms and data-processing commitments accepted for this service. Runware is not a current recipient.

Other service providers

• Cloudflare for hosting, security, and fraud prevention.
• Google for secure sign-in.
• Stripe for hosted checkout, payment processing, subscription management, fraud prevention, and payment records.
• Plausible for cookieless aggregate page-visit statistics. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you allow optional analytics.
• Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools for public search administration, not product analytics.

Purposes and legal basis

We use data to provide requested generation and results, maintain accounts and payments, prevent abuse, secure the service, answer support requests, and—only with consent where required—understand broad site usage.

Retention

• Signed-in AI-generated concept and stencil results remain in your private History until you delete them.
• Essential account, security, and device information is retained only as long as needed for those purposes.
• Security logs are kept for a limited period unless a legal or security need requires longer retention.
• Local drafts and sign-in information are short-lived and can be cleared or expire automatically.
• Replicate processing is subject to its applicable terms.
• Payment, tax, order, fraud-prevention, and deletion records may be retained where needed for operations, security, or legal obligations.

Deletion and your choices

You may clear the same-device draft, decline or withdraw optional analytics consent, and use account History to delete one AI-generated result or all AI-generated results. Limited coarse records may remain where needed for security, billing, legal compliance, or deletion auditing.

International transfers

Our processors may handle data outside your country. We use the contractual and technical safeguards made available by our providers, subject to applicable law.

Children and sensitive images

The service is for users age 13 or older. Users age 13–17 require parent or guardian consent. Do not submit personal data, minor, intimate, nude, sensitive, private, or unauthorized content. Placement uses site-provided adult model photos and does not accept personal body-photo uploads.

Security and limitations

Private storage and owner checks reduce exposure but no service can promise absolute security or immediate deletion where a provider, legal hold, tax, fraud, or security exception applies. Contact support@tattoopreviewai.com for privacy requests.
