If something goes wrong with a paid credit purchase or plan, contact support@tattoopreviewai.com with your account email and order reference.
When refunds may be considered
- Duplicate charges
- Unable to access purchased credits after payment confirmation
- Service failure that prevents use of a paid feature
- Other cases required by applicable consumer law
When refunds may be limited
- Credits already consumed for completed generations
- Dissatisfaction with a planning reference that still delivered the stated preview
- Requests involving prohibited or unauthorized content
- Subscription periods already substantially used
