These terms explain how to use TattooPreview AI safely and lawfully for tattoo planning references.
Planning reference only
TattooPreview AI outputs are concepts, stencil-style drafts, or body placement previews for planning and artist review. They are not final tattoo instructions, medical advice, legal advice, skin safety advice, or a guarantee that a design can be tattooed.
Your responsibilities
- Use only photos, sketches, and references you own or have permission to use
- Do not request celebrity likeness, copyrighted characters, brand marks, or exact living artist style copying
- Do not upload unauthorized body photos or images of minors
- Check local tattoo age laws and studio policies
- Consult a professional tattoo artist before tattooing
Credits and account use
Credits may unlock downloads, transparent PNGs, printable exports, or share links where available. Credits are granted only after payment confirmation. No plan includes unlimited use unless explicitly stated, and current plans do not promise unlimited generation.
Commercial and client work
Paid plan use may support client consultation and reference workflows, subject to these Terms, third-party rights, and applicable law. We do not guarantee copyright ownership or non-infringement.
