Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13. If you are 13–17, a parent or guardian must consent to use. The service does not accept body photos for placement. Local tattoo-age law and studio policy remain your responsibility.

Planning reference only

Outputs are tattoo concepts, stencil-style drafts, or approximate placement previews for planning and artist review. They are not tattoo-ready transfer stencils, medical or skin advice, legal advice, exact placement predictions, or guaranteed results. A professional tattoo artist must review and adapt them.

Your prompts and authorization

You must have the necessary rights for each prompt, trademark, and likeness you request. You grant the service only the limited permission needed to provide, secure, moderate, and support the requested service. You do not grant promotional or foundation-model training rights by default.

Prohibited requests

• Celebrity or private-person likeness without authorization.
• Protected characters, copyrighted works, logos, or brand marks without permission.
• Exact imitation of a living artist's style.
• NSFW, pornographic, explicit, sexually suggestive, intimate, nude, minor-related, or sensitive content.
• Illegal, hateful, exploitative, unsafe, or moderation-evasion content.

AI output and intellectual property

AI output may not qualify for copyright protection. Ownership, enforceability, exclusivity, and commercial-use permission vary by jurisdiction, user input, third-party rights, and the exact provider/model terms. TattooPreview AI does not guarantee copyright ownership, uniqueness, non-infringement, freedom to operate, or suitability for commercial use. Payment does not cure an IP, privacy, or likeness restriction.

Providers and model terms

TattooPreview AI uses Replicate for the enabled models. Different models may carry different restrictions, and we may update the enabled model set to operate the service safely and reliably.

Credits, payment, and subscriptions

Prices are displayed in USD. Starter Pack is a one-time purchase whose credits are valid for 90 days; the 7-Day Tattoo Pass is a one-time purchase whose credits are valid for 7 days. Artist Pro releases 300 credits every 31 days, each release is valid for 31 days, and unused credits do not roll over. Credits are added only after Stripe confirms payment, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can be used only for eligible TattooPreview AI generation services. No current plan promises unlimited use. A request rejected by our safety rules should not use a credit. Subscription plans renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval until cancelled. After purchase, sign in and use Dashboard to access Stripe's secure customer portal for billing management or cancellation. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law continues to apply.

Digital delivery

TattooPreview AI sells access to a web-based digital service, not physical goods or tattoo services. Paid credits are delivered to the signed-in account after Stripe confirms payment. Most eligible card payments are reflected promptly; delayed payment methods can take longer. There are no shipping charges, physical returns, or mailed products.

Enforcement

The service may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend abusive use. Repeat abuse and false claims may be restricted.

Availability and disclaimers

The service may change, pause, or fail and is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, tattoo readiness, safety, placement accuracy, or legal suitability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Operator and governing law

TattooPreview AI is the public-facing service brand. These terms are governed by applicable mandatory law; any additional jurisdiction-specific rights remain available where required.
